Home Suite Hotels sought to modernise their guest experience by integrating digital innovations into their operations. Media Hut was contracted to develop two bespoke systems.
The first is an AI-powered WhatsApp chatbot that enhances guest convenience. Guests can use the chatbot to order meals or beverages, request items like extra pillows or a blow dryer, and more. The system intelligently routes requests to the appropriate department—be it the kitchen, reception, or housekeeping—streamlining service delivery.
The second is a cloud-hosted digital screen solution, enabling staff to centrally update and manage information such as Wi-Fi settings, room details, local attractions, and in-hotel promotions like rooftop happy hours. This information is seamlessly pushed to the smart TVs in every room, ensuring guests have access to up-to-date details at their fingertips.
